King’s long established Palliative Care MSc, developed with St Christopher’s Hospice, has supported the career development of hundreds of healthcare professionals who are now advancing palliative care practice and policy both nationally and internationally. The programme is designed to help health and social care professionals develop the skills necessary to appraise research and evidence on palliative care, and to improve clinical practice and lead services.

Many past students have progressed to senior management roles and have published their research in high impact peer reviewed journals.
